hello Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the hello platform. By registering with hello, logging into your account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you object to any part of the Terms, please stop using hello.

hello reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. If you continue using hello after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. To learn more about our services, company, and values, please read our About Us page.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "hello" or "Platform" — the hellovip.cam website and its mobile application, along with all related services.
• "Member" or "User" — any person registered with hello.
• "Account" — a member's personal profile and wallet on hello.
• "Bonus" — a promotional financial benefit offered by hello, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" — adding funds to a member's account.
• "Withdraw" — taking funds out of an account.

2.1 Age Requirement

hello's services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Opening an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. hello may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if the proof provided is not satisfactory.

2.2 Registration Process

Each person may create only one account. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. If an account is registered with false information, hello may close it without notice and forfeit any funds held in it.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify hello's support team immediately. hello is not responsible for any loss resulting from use by a third party.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at hello is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other commercial banks). Deposited funds are for use on hello's services only and may not be used for any other purpose.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests are only accepted via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

3.3 Verification

For large withdrawal requests, hello may ask for a national ID card or other documents to verify identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment account is not allowed.
• hello reserves the right to investigate transactions in cases of suspicious financial activity.
• If multiple persons' payment methods are linked to one account, it will be considered a violation of the rules.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hello offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 Other Bonus Terms

• hello Weekly Deposit Joy: 50% bonus on any deposit of ৳200 or more each week, up to ৳5,000; wagering requirement 20x.
• hello Slots Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits made for slot games, up to ৳3,000; wagering requirement 15x.
• Cricket Season Reward: 25% bonus on deposits to the Cricket or Sports section, up to ৳2,500; wagering requirement 18x.
• hello Birthday Special Gift: verified members receive a reward of up to ৳1,000 once during their birthday month; wagering requirement 10x.
• Refer a Friend to hello: up to ৳1,500 reward for each successful referral; wagering requirement 12x; applies when the referred friend becomes an active member.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. hello reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without giving a reason. If a bonus term is found to have been violated, the relevant bonus and any winnings associated with it may be cancelled.

hello has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level earns a weekly cashback, which is a set percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP levels are determined by active play. Cashback is credited directly to the account and has no separate wagering requirement, but cashback funds must be wagered once before withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them occur, hello reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account from the same device.
• Bonus fraud — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or providing false information in friend referrals.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting any technical error in hello's system for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members.

hello reserves the right to close any account without prior notice if it violates any of the above rules. In such cases, funds held in the account may be forfeited.

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error occurs in the relevant event. Sufficient balance must be available in the account at the time of placing a bet.

7.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on hello may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment the bet is accepted are final. If the outcome of any event is disputed, hello's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Slots and Casino Games

hello's slot and live casino games are operated by third-party game software developers. The RTP and outcomes of games are determined by the relevant developer's Random Number Generator (RNG).

7.4 System Failure

If a bet or game remains incomplete due to a technical error, hello will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, hello is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

hello takes the utmost care in collecting, storing, and using members' personal information. hello reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. If a member does not agree with the updated Terms, they may request that their account be closed.

hello reserves the right to partially or fully discontinue its services under any circumstances. In such a case, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance held in members' accounts.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of the Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
